Payment
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THESE CHANGES: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, If you
would like to order using your credit card, please call 240-313-6695 or e-mail us at reptilecrib@gmail.com. All orders
must be paid in full before the order is shipped. If there is an animal or merchandise you want, we are willing to arrange
a payment plan if the total cost of the sale exceeds $500.00. MD residents add 6% sales tax.

Shipping
All supply shipments will be shipped UPS ground. Need it fast? Next Day or Second Day Air are available for an
additional charge. To arrange for faster delivery you must call our office at 1-240-313-6695.
All animal shipments are shipped UPS and Fed-ex Priority overnight directly to your door. Live arrival can only be
guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 40-90 degrees. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our
guarantee still applies. We cannot track every shipment, so in the rare case that a package containing a live animal is
late by more than 5 hours please contact us so we can help figure out the reason for the delay.

Animal Guarantee
Reptile Crib guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival, and 48 hours from the
time of arrival (amphibians are a live arrival only guarantee). Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 24
hours, if you notice any problem upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, we expect you to call us first (we
are open 6 days a week). We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must
be there and sign for your animal delivery. We also guarantee the sex of our animals. If they are listed as males or
females on our website, they are guaranteed to be as such. A pair is one male and one female. Some species are
hard to properly sex at a young age; these animals will be listed as unknown. We not only breed some of our animals,
many of the animals at our website are from some of the best breeders in the reptile hobby! We make sure that we are
offering the highest possible quality animals available.
Internal issues on imported animals are not included under our guarantee; it is an outward health guarantee only on
imported animals. Please be aware of what you are purchasing, and do the proper research, ask us, as we are very
happy to help answer any questions or concerns.
Our guarantee is void if you do not have the proper environment to house the animal in. This includes temperature,
bedding, and proper lighting and water/humidity control. If an animal becomes ill shortly after the purchase but beyond
our health guarantee, we are more than willing to help get the animal back to proper health, but only if you are willing to
help ensure the longevity of the animal.
We make every effort to pack animals according to your weather conditions. We will not guarantee animals when your
daytime high temperature is below 40º or above 90º. Reptile Crib is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the
replacement of animals. We do not offer cash refunds of any kind, however we will issue store credit. Contact us with
any questions.

Product Returns / Price Information
Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 10 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable and
a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted. Used items may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly,
please contact us. We can provide the manufacturer's phone numbers for you. Books are not returnable for any
reason at all. You must print and fill out a product return form to send with any returns. Prices are subject to change
without notification.
